PromptKey is a Chrome extension that lets users save short text prompts and insert them into ChatGPT with keyboard shortcuts such as Alt+1, Alt+2, and Alt+3.
PromptKey stores the text prompts that the user enters inside the extension. These prompts are stored locally through Chrome extension storage so the user can reuse them later.
PromptKey does not collect names, passwords, payment information, browsing history, ChatGPT conversations, or account credentials. PromptKey does not read or store ChatGPT responses.
PromptKey does not sell, share, or transfer user data to third parties.
PromptKey does not send saved prompts to any external server. Saved prompts stay in Chrome extension storage. If the user enters a license key, PromptKey may contact Lemon Squeezy or the license verification server only to verify the license status. PromptKey does not send saved prompt text or ChatGPT conversations during license verification.
PromptKey requests access to ChatGPT pages only so it can insert the user’s saved prompt into the ChatGPT text input field. PromptKey does not read or store ChatGPT responses.
